Our blast door systems feature: manual chain gear operation; electrical; hydraulic; or pneumatic motor operation all with complete custom designed hardware and control systems.

Some of the more unique and demanding projects include the 20 ton motorized, concrete filled sliding blast doors installed at the Naval Weapons Station in Guam, the pneumatically sealed, motorized sliding blast doors for the sixty-six Trident Missile Magazines in Kings Bay, Georgia, and the 7.5 ton concrete swing doors, and the 62 motorized sliding aircraft shelter doors (which weigh in excess of 75 tons each) for the Peace Vector IV project in Egypt.

All hardware, operators and control systems were designed, manufactured and shop tested by Industrial Door.
